What Do we Offer?

LIFT PARTS

Elemod Electronics has a varied range of Lift Parts which can be ordered separately or as complete panel options.

BUTTONS

Button Options available are Micro Push, Micro Switch or Touch Button and can be ordered as Round or Square, 24v to 110v and with varied colours of illumination.

SECURITY SWITCHES

We can supply both Key Switches or Dallas Tag System (Electronic Key Switch) both can be done as Round or Square and illuminated or non-illuminated.

DIGITAL DISPLAYS

Display Options available are Small (25mm in height) or Large (70mm in height) and can be supplied as Single or Double Markings.  The Display range is 7 Segment, Matrix, Gray Code or Binary Code.

Illumination is Red for the 16Segment Displays and White/Blue for the LCD Displays.

ARROWS

Arrow Options available are Small (34mm in height) or Large (51mm in height) and can be supplied as Direction or Scrolling. Illumination is Red or White, however a Coloured Lens can be fitted for variations of colour.

CHIMES AND SPEECH BOARDS

The chimes are supplied with a Speaker and an Optional Amplifier Board.

The Speech Boards are supplied with a Speaker and can be programmed as Wire per Floor, Gray Code or Binary Code.

LIGHTING BOARDS

These can be used for various applications IE:  In use or Car Here, Overloads, Please Exit Lift etc

We do have various size options available and can be supplied in various Lens Colours.

POWER SUPPLIES

We offer a 1 Amp and a 4 Amp Switch Mode Unit.  We can source other requirements if needed.

DOOR DETECTOR

We offer a 220v Slim Line Unit which is fitted either side of the door.

EMERGENCY BACK UP

Our Emergency Light Back up Unit is sought after and is available with or without the 12v LED Light.

6v is available if required.

MODERNIZE AND REFURBISH

Elemod Electronics can assist with modernization of Lift Panels, Buttons, Signals, Ceiling Panels, Telephone/Load Plates and other Signage requirements. We can manufacture in different metal finishes. We outsource Laser Cutting and Bending of Metals.

CUSTOMIZATION

We can offer customized options to meet specific requirements for example Surface Mount Drop Down Boxes to meet the regulatory requirements.

ENGRAVING SERVICES

We have State of the Art Laser Engraving Machines as well as CNC Rotary Engraving Machines

Which can enhance all your needed regulatory/decorative requirements of your Lift Panels.

Other services include “marking” most metals, glass, leather, plastics, and wood. 

In-house we can Laser Cut above materials except for Metal.

GENERAL SERVICES

Elemod has expanded its services to include

• Trophy manufacture and Engraving

• Stud Welding (M3 to M6)

• Brushing of Metals (maximum length of 2100mm and width of 600mm)

• Powder Coating and Welding (Outsourced)
